Well there is a girl at my work she is 19 and im 16(yes i know she is over 18 but the law in australia is allowing our age difference. I like her does anyone have any advice to give me that would sort of make her melt in my arms(lol) Also her brother likes my cousin who also works there. PS dont say anything like you will never get her because i guarentee i will have a shot and im not a wimp and also its just showing ur ignorance in not offering and constructive advice OKGuys Please offer advice 10 points for best answer?

Just be aware that a relation with a co worker is not accepted by all companies. In case the relation fails, one of them would need to find somewhere else to work. (most likely - you, as you are the younger one).





The age difference : not a problem. If both parties are okay with it, so what? It is your life, not that of anyone else. 3 years is not that bad.





So, how to win her? Be friendly, helpful, and if you have finished a job or assignment together succesfully (don`t know where you work, so i`m guessing) - then you could start by asking her to 'celebrate' a job well done with a drink.





The rest depends on you and her - and whether or not she sees more in you than a friend.

Ok first you become friends... Than you find out what she really likes and what she interested in. Than you use that you giver her compliments you tell her that she is attractive. As a compliment make sure she know that you like her than you make your move. Take her to the movies, or the park or anything like that. This is wear know what interests her comes in handy.

Firstly don't tel her your age. If you already have act mature towards her and see if she will fall for it. Im sure you know how an 18, 19 or 20 year old would act. Get her laughing and feeling happy. Those are the first steps to getting a lady on your side. Never show her your childish side. You will lose alot of points if you do.
