I want to be more than friends with my guy-friend but I don't know how to proceed. Advice?

Okay, I have been friends with ';Jack'; for about three months. We talk everyday to each other and sometimes it seems like he might like me. He sort of frowns at me when I insinuate I might be attracted to another guy. However, he flirts with other girls like it's a reflex. He loves to tease me. In your opinion, does he like me and what should I do? Back off or try to start something with him?I want to be more than friends with my guy-friend but I don't know how to proceed. Advice?
Compare the way he treats you to how he treats other girls...if he's talking to you more then others,and you catch him looking at you, he probably likes you. You could try subtlyy flirting with him and see if he gets the message. I really think you should back of. Cause if u ask him if he likes u and he says no, then things are gonna be really acward. if he really likes u then he might ask u out. if he flirts with other girls he might not like u. and all guys love teasing girls :)
