What happens next? Seeking any advice, especially guy's views?

When i went back to my home country i just had a summer fling but it was much more than a fling really because we were so into each other. Thing is i had to go back to school and we are now practically in opposite continents. I can only go back next summer to see him


We try to talk every night though


Will it last?


Should this keep going?


Am i too stupid for feeling this way about someone living on the other side of the world?What happens next? Seeking any advice, especially guy's views?
it is totally normal to feel that way. it seemed like a deep connection and nobody really could just drop that in a day. you guys are doing great with the whole talk every night, but the fact of the matter is, you guys are continents away. there's no physical connection anymore. you guys will more than likely grow different ways. i'm sad to say but most of the long distance relationships that my friends have are done. it is way different that a normal relationship, but if you and this guy are both THAT much into each other and are in it for the long run and not just scared to let go of it then perhaps you could make it work. if you trust him not to flirt with anyone or do anything with anyone and there's no reasonable way that you could know then it is possible. you just need that perfect balance of clingyness to each other as well as giving each other space if they're very busy in their life.

Nah your not stupid. I would try to keep it going. Of course the distance may put a strain on the relationship but if you guys like each other that much it may be worth it.
