Does it really mean that he is not interested or could it be another reason. But he really seems interested besides when he gave me his number he wrote it so hard and deep into my hand that it didnt erase until after 3 days,eventhough i washed my hands and even took a shower twice. please help me. should i call him again or not? i really like this guy.What does it mean when a guy doesnt call back? If you called him the first time, you may want to give him a week...you don't want to sound desperate for this guy. After about a week and a half call him up again...if he hasn't returned your call, there could also be other factors such as him being busy, losing your number, he never recieved your missed call, or just simply isn't interested in you. I would wait for a while say 2 weeks after your first call before I try initiating something back again...because it just screams out desperate. You don't want him to think you are clingy kind of girl. Goodluck
